Features & Benefits WA Owned & Manufactured Hard wearing Produces a hard wearing finish. Abrasion tests show an increase in the abrasion index of at least 50%. Protects in depth Penetrates below the surface giving protection in depth and increases the life of the treated surface. Stain resistant Resists staining by spilled materials such as sump oils, fats, food, tyre marks, chewing gum etc which enables easier cleaning and maintenance of coated areas. UV stable While intensifying the colour of the treated surface, Topseal is clear and does not yellow in sunlight. Water resistant Water runs off rather than soaking into coated surface. Inhibits moss growth The reduction in surface moisture reduces the likelihood of moss, weed, fungus and mildew growth. |
Atheistically appealing Enhances the colour of pavers by creating and enduring ‘wet look’ which enables the paving to retain its new appearance for years rather than months, as well as masking efflorescence bloom and preventing dusting. Range of colours available Topseal comes in a range of colours and textures ie: non-slip, gloss, semi-gloss. Ease of application One pot formulation, fast drying and easy to re-coat. Locks in jointing sand Topseal locks in the jointing sand in brick paving. Structural performance of the paving is improved because Topseal protects the jointing sand in areas regularly washed or slopes subject to water run off.
