A hard wearing acrylic co-polymer coloured
formulation with a selection of 16 colours.
The UV stabilised product, penetrates the
surface ensuring a complete colour fast seal.

Application

The area to be sealed is high pressure washed
and chemically cleaned and allowed to
thoroughly dry (approximately 24 hours) in
ﬁne weather. Two coats of Topseal colour seal is then applied.
Coat 1 - penetrates the surface
Coat 2 - bonds to ﬁrst coat to form a
              complete surface seal. Area requires
              drying time of approximately 5 days
              prior to heavy trafﬁc being allowed
              on the sealed surface.

Cleaning

Future cleaning can be achieved with a good
domestic detergent wash and stiff broom
followed by hosing off. More difﬁcult cleaning and removal can be achieved by using our Topseal Chemical Solvent Cleaner. This product must be used strictly as detailed in Topseal’s Safety Data Sheet recommendations and speciﬁcations for application

Water runs off rather than
soaking into coated surface.

Inhibits moss growth

The reduction in surface
moisture reduces the likelihood
of moss, weed, fungus and
mildew growth.

Atheistically appealing

Enhances the colour of pavers
by creating and enduring ‘wet
look’ which enables the paving
to retain its new appearance
for years rather than months,
as well as masking efﬂorescence
bloom and preventing dusting.
